You’ll find the entrance beside the blue planters. Use the personal door code from your booking message, then turn the handle. Your code works from 3 PM on arrival day. Please close the gate behind you.
Before you go
By 11:00 AM
Leave used towels in the bathroom, wash any dishes, and switch off the air conditioning. Pull the door closed when you leave. Safe travels — we hope to see you again!
A place to park
One reserved space is available behind the building, marked “OB”. Enter from the side lane. Please leave the neighboring space clear and display the parking pass from the entry table.
A happy home
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
- No parties; registered guests only.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
- Please rinse off sand before coming inside.
The little how-tos
Air conditioner
Use the white remote beside the sofa. Choose COOL and set 74°F / 23°C for a comfortable room. Keep balcony doors closed while it’s running.
Washing machine
In the hallway cupboard. Add one detergent pod, select Normal, and press Start. Please use the drying rack on the balcony.
Coffee machine
Fill the back tank with fresh water. Add a capsule, place a cup below, and press the large cup button. Extra capsules are in the drawer.
Live like a local

Our favorite golden-hour walk, with ocean views and a lovely pier. Bring water and a camera.
