Privacy at Stayfolio

Stayfolio stores your account email, property information, guide content, uploaded images, and purchase records to provide the service. We use this information to operate your account, publish guides you choose to share, provide support, and handle purchases and refunds. Supabase provides authentication, database, and image storage; Netlify hosts the application; Resend delivers account emails. Creem processes payments; Stayfolio does not store your full payment card details. These providers may process information outside your country. Support requests are handled by the operator in China.

Your guest guide is shared by link

Published guides can be read by anyone with their link or QR. We mark them noindex, but this is not a password or a guarantee of privacy. Avoid including booking-specific access codes or private guest information. Unpublishing stops future guide access; already downloaded content cannot be recalled.

Cookies

Authentication cookies keep hosts signed in. Stayfolio does not use advertising trackers or sell your guide content for advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain your account and guide content while you use the service. Deleting a property removes its guide from the active database and queues its cover image for deletion. We attempt image deletion immediately; failed attempts and unreferenced uploads are handled during maintenance. We do not offer a deleted-guide archive or promise recovery of deleted content. Copies already downloaded by guests cannot be recalled, and previously issued image links may remain usable until they expire or the image is removed. Browser or delivery caches may continue to show previously fetched images until their cached copies expire.

To close your account, email us from your registered address. We verify ownership and process account and content deletion manually, normally within 30 days, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline. We will explain any lawful exception or delay. Refunds alone do not delete your account or guide content.

After account deletion, we remove the account link and checkout URL from our transaction records. Limited transaction identifiers, amounts, status and payment-event records may remain where necessary for refunds, disputes, accounting obligations or preventing duplicate payment events. We review the need for these records rather than keeping additional copies of your guides. Creem and other providers may retain their own records under their policies and legal obligations. Provider backups and logs, where present, follow their own deletion schedules; removal from the active app does not promise immediate removal from every provider backup.

Your requests

Contact 1377844545@qq.com to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data protection authority. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Do not send passwords, verification links or full card details.
