Using Stayfolio

Stayfolio helps hosts share property information with guests. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and safety of content they publish. Keep essential access instructions available through your booking messages as well.

Free and Premium

The free plan supports one property without Premium. A one-time $19 payment upgrades one property with branding removal and color options; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Premium is tied to that property and does not transfer when the property is deleted. It is not a recurring subscription.

14-day full refund policy

You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, even if you have used Premium. No reason is required. Email 1377844545@qq.com with your order ID or receipt and the email address used for your purchase. Your request must be sent within the 14-day window; the refund does not need to finish processing within that window.

We do not deduct a refund handling fee. Refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on your payment provider. Once your refund is processed, Premium benefits for that property are removed, including custom colors and removal of Stayfolio branding. Your account and guide content are retained.

After 14 days, contact us about duplicate charges, failure to deliver the purchased service, or other payment problems so we can review them. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Fair use

Do not publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content, upload malicious files, or attempt to access another host’s data. Stayfolio is independent of Airbnb and Booking.com.

Service availability and your content

You retain ownership of your content and give us permission to store and display it as needed to provide the service and publish the guides you choose to share. Keep a separate copy of essential arrival instructions. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or capacity limits; we do not promise uninterrupted service or recovery of content you delete.

The one-time Premium payment is for the listed features on one property while Stayfolio operates. It is not a promise of perpetual hosting. If we plan to discontinue the service, we aim to give at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to obtain a copy of your guide content. If purchased features cannot be supplied, contact us for an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Closing your account and resolving concerns

You can delete a property in your dashboard. Account deletion is handled through 1377844545@qq.com after verifying ownership. It permanently removes access to your account and guides, subject to the limited records described in our privacy notice. Account or property deletion does not automatically request a refund; use the refund process above.

Contact us first if you have a service or payment concern. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, remedies or access to courts available under applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect and will not retrospectively remove an existing refund right.
